Charles D. Liebman is an experienced trial and appellate attorney. He has served various Diplomatic Missions to the United Nations, corporations and private clients on a variety of commercial, real estate and general liability matters. His Appellate work on coverage issues, premises liability, toxic torts and motor vehicle cases has written new law in the State of New York. Mr. Liebman is actively engaged in assisting clients with real estate and service contracts as well as structuring agreements between manufacturers and their clients. In addition to trial and appellate work, Mr. Liebman has extensive experience in arbitration proceedings and mediation.
